We Ship Anywhere

     Here is how it works!

  1. After you have placed your order we go to work baking it fresh, with our next days run.
  2. Your order goes from the oven to cooling rack where it cools for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Next it is placed in a blast freezer to lock in freshness at -30 degrees.
  4. The next afternoon your “Pastys” are placed in insulated liners with dry ice and shipped overnight or in some cases 2nd day air.
*Our winter schedule dictates shipments going out on Tuesdays for 2008

   When your Pastys"! Arrive

  1. The first thing you do is open the box and make sure the “Pastys” are cold to the touch. They can be re-frozen if thawed.
  2. The “Pastys” are fully cooked so all you have to do is warm them through and enjoy.

Or you can heat them the miners way!

First find an old abandoned mine shaft and go down 400 feet. (a dark damp cave will do however watch out for hibernating bears in the winter)

     Tools Needed

One long or fat round candle, one yellow canary, two rocks with one flat side, one #2 flat shovel, hard hat, meat thermometer, rain coat, one 8x10 sheet of tin foil, illumination device(candle may be used)

Warning! If the canary goes belly up don't light the candle

     Heating Instructions

Place candle firmly between rocks and light. Place tinfoil on shovel. Preheat shovel until glowing red and carefully place pasty on it and heat to an interior temperature of 160F.
Note: to heat more than one pasty use a larger shovel.
Warning: Know your mine shaft or cave and do not light candles if methane or other flammable gases are present. Children under the age of thirty should be supervised by a responsible adult.

A final note: If you prefer this method you have WAY too much free time.
